Clara K. Johnson

The ethereal paintings of self-trained artist, Clara K. Johnson, mirror her view of the world and her personality. The grand-daughter of the late Benjamin R. Harrison--creator of "The Golden Bull", mascot for Johnson C. Smith University in Charlotte, N.C.- -Johnson is inspired by color, form and movement found in life. Her art reflects the interconnectedness of them all.
"My style of painting is best described as Biomorphic Abstract. My creative goal is to express the wonders and possibilities of life and how it moves in, out, through, between, around and together".
Clara resides in Raleigh, N.C. She enjoys traveling, reading and helping worthy causes.
