Useful, practical.... indispensable They are called and we call them work tools. Or those who work in the kitch en call them like that and as they use them to get the best of results. They are the cooking tools: there are lots of them and they differ among themselves in their shape, size and material but they are useful anyway. Moreover, they are indispensable. These tools have become such a particular part of our lives that we take them for granted. Perhaps if someone has thought what we would do nowadays if we didn´t have forks or ladles or without all those knives: for bread, for meat, long, short, curved or serrated ones. And all the wooden tools, bakelite, plastic or new materials such as chipless or antiadherent ones. Whether we want it or not, these tools are part of our everyday life, but above all they are part of that very little time (in fact it is so) that we dedicate to cook and ....to eat. |
